Purchased Hammerwatch on Steam, downloaded. Booted main menu and it looks like this.

Verified cache, reinstalled. Still the same.

What graphics card do you have? And have you tried updating your graphics drivers?

I have the same issue. I seem to have identified that it has something to do with my graphics driver not supporting OpenGL past 1.1. I have an ATI Radeon HD 4850 with fully updated drivers. Here is my game.txt file if it helps troubleshoot the problem. I would LOVE to play HammerWatch, but as of now I cannot :(.
