Found this campaign to be too hard to play through. I tried a variety of classes, but I always wound up struggling through the first room and dying to the timing puzzle in your first screenshot (the pillar would always hit me and the chill ailment would finish me off when the spikes came up).

I'd say the pillar-in-sand-trap is a good idea if used in moderation, but making it the crux of the map is too demanding. Maybe if it went off less often...

Difficulty - Very Hard
Length - 30-50 Minutes

This map isn't intended for people looking for an easy challenge its a group map, I'm thinking i need to make a guide for people lol the first level is so easy...

And there's only 2 sand pillars through out the first act both easily avoidable if you just take a couple of seconds to examine the situation.

But i have been nerfing it little by little, the updated nerfed version isn't technically out yet because a glitch in the system but yeah

I think the upload to workshop might be a glitched, over the past few days iv been making changes to my map and uploading it to the steam workshop but when i play through it none of the changes are there, and its exactly like the first beta i released

I didn't notice this until yesterday...

So can you guys tell me whats going on?

Maybe you are referring to shift+F6?(Layers>Rendered layers>Lighting inside the HammerEditor)
Oh god... okay i suggest a hotkey viewer in tools so people will know this stuff Q-Q

Oh not an editor related suggestion but, i think if you're playing a game with infinite lives then the lives on the maps should change into gold instead of giving you a useless life you don't need...

I personally would like to see a light the whole map option, when i create something i want to see everything in bright just so i can look at what i'm creating with a better perspective.

Maybe you should scale it down and not make 100 maps?

As long as they're short i'm okay with 100 maps (But i definitely wouldn't playthough it all in 1 sitting) but just curious, in your opinion hipshot whats the maximum ammount of maps you'd have for 1 campaign?

For Room 4/5 miniboss/boss, have you tried using AllPlayersAreaTrigger instead of AreaTrigger? That way, all players would need to be in the area instead of one guy go in the area causing all the other players to get lock out.

Now for the miniboss/boss there is an invisible barrier so that your friends cant start it at all without you and did the whole allplayersareatriggerthingymabobber

Do you use windows?
Yeah i use windows 7

it does nothing for me when i drag and drop a complied map into it, and it wont let me type on it either, it just looks black for a few seconds then disappears.

My extractor doesn't work at all for some reason, i actually had to have the guy who made pirates cove send me just the files so i can see what he did on one part.

New level should be a number match by the ID of your level, not the level name. It should be an integer not a name.

On LevelExit, where it says F1 Room 2, it should just be 2.
it worked but it didn't respawn me to the location i wanted...

EDIT - nvm fixed it, thanks alot
