Bug Reports / minor exploitable respawn glitch/bug

When playing coop, you are out of lives, and at least one player is dead:
if someone picks up a max-HP boost, everyone, alive or dead, gains 5 active HP, showing in the status bar but they are still dead. However, if a living player goes up or down stairs, in the next floor all dead players will spawn with their 5 hp.
