1080p broken on drm free version?

Hi!
i got hammerwatch both on steam and on humblebundle.

1.png: running hw 1.3 drm free it does NOTwork  on fullscreen & 1080p the screen is off center and zoomed in.
2.png: running hw 1.3 on steam it works great on fullscreen & 1080p

any idea why?
